Each project is assessed and estimated according to our pricing system which may vary from time to time. Turkish Translation have a standard range of prices available on request as well as a sliding scale of fees according to work undertaken for commercial, charitable or voluntary purposes. Professional translation (translator selection, quality control, file conversions, presentation of multilingual projects, etc.) may be an extra cost but will in the end be of benefit to your organisation.
AA Turkish Translation does not undertake work until agreement has been reached, customer number allocated, quote or proforma invoice issued. In certain cases we may require advance payments.
1) Client / Customer purchase responsibility
Before any translation work is undertaken the client / customer will provide a purchase order or a written request on letter headed paper containing:
a) Purchase order and client details or
b) Email/letter order with client name and contact details: (Address, email, tel)
2) AA Turkish billing responsibility
Before any translation work is undertaken AA Turkish Translation will raise a Pro-forma invoice, which includes client ‘ID’ number and AA Turkish payment and bank details.
